The sites are nice and level with enough space that you don't feel like you are on top of your neighbors. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had guests come by on both nights we were there, and there was no problem with that. There was no extra charge for guests. It is a little pricey, but this is the Monterey area, and there is not much else here. They do offer a 10% AAA and Good Sam discount. There are two reasons I did not give this park a "10": first, they charge extra for WiFi and second, some of the sites back up onto Highway 1. We have dual-pane windows in our RV, so it wasn't really a problem for us, but the highway noise might bother some people.
We love this RV park, and since it is only an hour from our home in the Bay Area, we go there often. It is very quiet during the off season (October-April). The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the setting is beautiful (in the redwoods). There are permanent residents, but their sites are very well kept. I want to point out two things, however: they only have 30 amp electricity (not 50) and, as stated in the previous review, they do not take credit cards. This is what keeps me from giving it a "10" rating. It should also be noted (and this is not the fault of the park) that we could not get any Cingular Wireless service. However, there were people using their cell phones, so there were other wireless services in range.
