Owners and family very friendly and helpful. Some level sites and several not compacted, meaning you could sink tires or levelers on a large rig if the ground is wet. The rates went up to $30 and there are no discounts.

The park was clean. Spaces are tight and the pull through concrete pads were breaking apart. Biggest complaint is the train noise all night long.

2nd year using this campground while in Michigan. Nice walking area, nice park. Always enjoy it and close to everything yet no street noise. Oh yeah, do have a daily train.

Very nice park. Needs some improvement in the campground area, such as trimming trees and leveling of some of the campsites. Pets are only allowed in the main campground area and not around the lake and the rest of the recreation area. Cummings has opened the campground to FMCA and Good Sam and is hoping for more usage. Very busy during weekends and impossible to get in during holidays due to company events. There is a gun range in the campground which can be frightening for pets.

Very nice campground, friendly staff, and nice amenities. During holidays can be very busy as it seems everyone has golf carts, etc.

This is a great new campground. The lot sizes are large. Has a large dog walk area. Only wish for a swimming pool or a gym. Got some highway traffic noise at our site.

Enjoyed our stay. Only beef is that they advertise complementary wireless internet and cable TV. Cable TV was not turned on and the internet was Tangonet (meaning you paid). I was told they decided to only provide cable TV for long term folks. And we noticed some sites were filled with ants.

There is great water, electric, and size of sites here. It's also close to shopping, etc. A "Disneyland" for kids, and parents! If you don't have any kids, stay away during the weekends. Had next door family allow their kids to throw golf balls at our coach! Extremely busy during weekends.

This could be a great campground, but the electrical system is bad. During hot days (80's) they need to open the distribution box to cool it down (circuit breakers keep tripping). On several sites there are no circuit breakers and our surge protector keep shutting down (low voltage). Their response was to not run everything (ac, tv, etc) yet we pay extra for 50 amps! They stated they owned the park for 6 years yet have not been able to get the electrician to fix the problem.
