This is our second visit to this campground. for the past 3 years it is now owned by a very nice family. The most outstanding characteristic here is the way the ownership treats you. They are very attentive to any and all our concerns, most accommodating. Together they enable a very satisfying visit. We have a large coach with a toad and sites were ample. I suggest you that big rigs stay up on the hill. Best Wi-Fi there and open treeless sites. Bathroom are great and clean. It's in the center of the island for convenient touring with your toad.

Best overall campground in Alaska. Dusty dirt road into it, but the campground is the cleanest overall in Alaska so far.

Best in the area overall. Only 50 amp in the area. Convenient for day trips to Homer and North.
