Nice park-nothing fancy. All gravel, flat parking. Good location to explore city or collage. Easily handles large rigs. Friendly work camper staff. Many long-term rentals, but sites look OK and don't detract. Camping fee is high and doesn't include free WiFi. I get better rates by phoning than by internet.

Very nice RV park. Came here as part of a rally. Well maintained although taller RVs will need to be cautious of overhanging tree branches at some sites. If you like quiet at night, ask to be away from their on site saloon/cafe. Midnight karaoke is annoying. The park has plenty big rig sites.

Location is good and staff are helpful. Camping is basically on a gravel parking lot. Park was mostly full of pipeline workers, so make reservations: they had a waiting list. July and August prices are high: $48 for over 35 ft RV. Website reservations are available, but a phone call will get you a better price if you have any AARP, Good Sam, etc., cards. Clean laundry, no pool. Big rigs, ask for row D.

Things haven't changed - thousands of flies, terrible smell from feed lot or farm, especially at night. Unlevel sites. Friendly staff. Would not come back. There are two more KOAs in the Fort Collins area.

This is a no frills campground with the best price around. During the week that we stayed there, it filled almost every night. It is close to the interstate, so it's perfect for an overnight or those out sightseeing most days. You can walk to nearby restaurants. The highway and nearby truck stop noise was not bad at all - and we sleep with the windows open.

This is our 5th time back to this campground (including an RV rally). Park is clean and green so don't park on the grass! Within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, etc. Friendly staff. Better price than the other two large RV parks. Most sites are pull-throughs, but larger rigs will have to unhook. Located on the better edge of town (IMO) away from the sulphur smells on the west end. Also, a good deal/price for tenters who only want a nice patch of grass to pitch their tent for the night.
