I've spent 6 winter seasons in this park. It has always had a friendly and competent management and staff. The facilities are excellent and the park is very well maintained. The flood damage to the grounds has been repaired. The lack of cell service is not really a problem as each site has a phone hookup, and all local calls are free. The winter season is temperature is about the same as the northeast in autumn. The snowbirds are friendly and helpful, and there are numerous activities throughout the winter. I've been full-timing for 12 years, and this is the best park I've been in.
The park is beautiful with huge sites, manicured grass lawns and 50 amp service. It sits right on the Columbia River with a nice paved trail along the river's edge. It has a cheerful and friendly staff and management who are very helpful. It is the best value I've encountered in 12 years of full-timing. Amazingly, it takes Good Sam! It is very busy in the summer and very hot. The spring and fall are very moderate. It has great sunsets. There are ample big rig sites with fairly easy access.
A nice park with good paved parking pads that are good sized. Patio area is unfortunately filled with rather large gravel. The park has excellent facilities and is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The scenery is beautiful, and the location makes it convenient to all services.
