Rate reflects the weekly rate of $199. Back-in sites are the most desirable. Pull throughs have you side by side with a raised curb between where all the utilities are. Being so close to your neighbor and his/your slides requires you to watch your step! Curb on the entrance side of your rig is curved upward, so watch your step there, also. Wi-Fi adequate. RV wash on site and fuel. Propane service comes through once a week.

Great RV Park. Wi-Fi is speedy. Immaculate bath houses. Level sites. We'll be back.

Three different sized sites priced accordingly ($31/night for the largest). Wi-Fi OK. Level pads. Quiet. Bathouse clean. Didn't appreciate the maintenance person mowing grass that should have been mowed a week earlier and covering everything with clippings.

Our experience was nowhere near as glowing as the previous reviewers. During our previous two stays, the Wi-Fi was slower than molasses: this time, I tried 3 different sites and couldn't connect. The Park waters everything down (including your rig) with the hardest water known to man, around 6am daily. The grass is wet and spongy, like a Bayou. A few Hillbilly rigs here w/wandering dogs thrown in. Casino promised my wife a free buffet, then when we we went to collect, Players club said No Way!! We turned and left the next day.

Clean, well kept up. Can be noisy at night with I-35 traffic nearby. Our main gripe regards the in-ground sprinkler system that comes on in the middle of the night and will hose down your rig and wake you up. It happened at 3AM this morning in the middle of a thundershower! Management is not concerned about this; if you can find the offending sprinkler, disable it. TV reception is fairly good.

Quiet, campground and beach only got busy on the weekend. Wi-Fi very good, TV reception via antennae OK. Showers and bathroom areas really clean. (Cleaned daily). Only downer was our site had been used by slobs before we arrived. Cigarette butts all over the ground. Only thing I'll say about that is: "Smoke and Die!"

Clean, large sites available. Good WiFi signal, though not guaranteed at all sites. Couple of trashy long term trailers in park.

Large concrete sites, utilities on both sides. Nice if its raining. Although Wi-Fi access points are numerous, the signal is weak and slow. No pool. Other than gaming, not much to do.

We stayed 2+ months. Rate is based on monthly. Pool areas and bathrooms were kept immaculate. Air conditioned fitness room was a major plus. Everything worked. Staff was responsive and friendly. We had to leave early, and were refunded for our unused days, normally an unheard of act in the resort business!! Best RV resort we've been to in our three years of full-timing. Only downside was the typical pet owners using the empty sites as their personal dumping ground and not cleaning up afterward.

Like others have said, great location; great beach, some spots tighter than others, but manageable; dog owners appeared to control their animals--some needed reminders about the rules of animals on the beach-- overall a great stay. One thing to keep in mind--I had our forwarding service send a Priority Mail package to me and the USPS was unable to deliver the same and "a notice was left." Al tho I checked at the CG office daily, I was told: "No mail for you!"

Our first time here, and we'll return! Clean, neat and well cared for. Water drinkable, quiet. Somewhat large weekend crowds, but well behaved. Casino about a half mile walk away. Also, casino host was VERY generous with their comps.

Level concrete pad, water not crystal clear, could not pick up supposed Wi-Fi signal, although our Verizon cell and data worked great. T-Mobile coverage also. Somewhat buggy. Casino real tight re comps.
