We stayed 2+ months. Rate is based on monthly. Pool areas and bathrooms were kept immaculate. Air conditioned fitness room was a major plus. Everything worked. Staff was responsive and friendly. We had to leave early, and were refunded for our unused days, normally an unheard of act in the resort business!! Best RV resort we've been to in our three years of full-timing. Only downside was the typical pet owners using the empty sites as their personal dumping ground and not cleaning up afterward.

Our first time here, and we'll return! Clean, neat and well cared for. Water drinkable, quiet. Somewhat large weekend crowds, but well behaved. Casino about a half mile walk away. Also, casino host was VERY generous with their comps.

Level concrete pad, water not crystal clear, could not pick up supposed Wi-Fi signal, although our Verizon cell and data worked great. T-Mobile coverage also. Somewhat buggy. Casino real tight re comps.

Like others have said, great location; great beach, some spots tighter than others, but manageable; dog owners appeared to control their animals--some needed reminders about the rules of animals on the beach-- overall a great stay. One thing to keep in mind--I had our forwarding service send a Priority Mail package to me and the USPS was unable to deliver the same and "a notice was left." Al tho I checked at the CG office daily, I was told: "No mail for you!"
