I can't say enough nice about this place. The staff is very very helpful and friendly. The facilities are very clean and up to date. We've had a wonderful time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a park near the Grand Canyon. There are some long term residents, yet their sites are not loaded with the 'yard garbage' that most long term residents at other parks seem to have. There is a consistent 'come & go' with folks leaving and coming in, yet the park has a very peaceful and tranquil aspect to it. Television, not so good, but with the Grand Canyon so close, and plenty of cute Route 66 Shops in town, who needs TV. Wi-Fi connection good and strong and allowed me to make a large amount of image uploads to the internet with relative ease. There is no doubt that this is one of my favorite parks. The only thing that I could possibly complain about is the red lava rocks on the ground turned my black and white Shih Tzu pup: black and pink. However, I was able to bathe him in the large sink in the laundry room. If that's as bad as it gets: I got no complaints!!! Job well done Canyon Gateway!

We completely enjoyed our stay here. The Park has recently been purchased by a young family and they are wonderful! Welcoming, helpful and very personable. We arrived after dark and the owner directed us to our site, stayed and offered us assistance with set up. Their three children are adorable and well attuned to the idea of a work ethic, thanks in large part to the hard work their parents are putting into the park. The laundry room was clean and fully operational, sites were clean and level. My only problem had nothing to do with the owners or the park.. I had lousy Cell Service here. Without a doubt we will stay here again! We highly recommend this park to anyone!

We stayed four days. From the area and now living in an RV, we needed a place to stay so that we could go to doctors and get scrips at the pharmacy. Our lot was not very level, the owner neglected to give us the access code for internet and even though we had her business and cell phones, she did not answer our call or return our call for that information. When we go back to the area again in August, we will not be staying here again. She would not honor our Passport America membership for more than one night in the off season (February).

Incredible! We were completely spoiled during our stay here. We would have stayed longer if we had not made appointments for personal business elsewhere. The camp hosts are amazingly welcoming and friendly. The laundry facility, bathroom and showers were spotless. The feeling of instant community is one that we have compared to everywhere we have stayed at since. Well Done! Looking forward to getting back here and staying again!
