We have stayed at this camp ground a few times over the last couple years and it is very well kept and easy to get around in a big rig. We stayed in a pull through up on the hill but all sites were easy enough to level out. Sites were a little close together but not a real problem. A great campground for kids with a lot of activity's and playgrounds located throughout the park. The pet area are also well kept. We had reservation's, they checked us in at the gate, and we were set up in no time. I would give this park a 10 if they had some premium sites with concrete patios but the gravel was nothing to complain about. I would return any time we are in the area or visiting Hershey park or just a nice weekend with a casino close by.
This is a great RV park and most definitely big rig friendly. Our price was for a premium site and everything in this park is great. As stated in other reviews, if the wi-fi is so important, invest in a wireless card for your lap top or a wi-fi booster for your motorhome. I have both, and the wi-fi worked fine, but if you expect to watch movies on Netflix as stated in other reviews that is probably why some people have a difficult time trying to connect to the wi-fi. The sites are large with a nice size patio, and the people in the office are friendly and helpful. The only thing I can say negative about the park ( and this would be nit-picking) is they need a couple more garbage cans around the park, but they pick up the garbage at your site most of the day. They have a great dog park and the park is very pet friendly. Security 24 hours a day.
I think the owners need to reevaluate what big rig friendly means. We have a 45ft motorhome and towing. We were sticking out 6' on the road in front and 6' on the road in back, our slide went from 1 tree on 1 side and when we opened the awning it went over the next camper. The park is located on top of the highway and their is a considerable amount of road noise. I had to ask the neighbor to move his truck so we could get out of our site. This is not a big rig friendly park, you can do it, but be careful. Safe place to stop in a pinch.
Camp ground is clean and easy to get around in a big rig. The price reflects a view site that is beautiful off in the distance, up close your looking at roof tops and back yards. Save your money and take a pull through, same view without the houses right under you. Picnic tables are about 5' long and so flimsy you can't sit in the middle of the seat (6" wide) and they do have dog bags available but the dispensers are filled with clear sandwich bags. I would expect more for $48.00 a night. All the hook ups worked fine.
This is a big rig friendly camp ground. All campground owners that say their park is big rig friendly, should drive through this camp ground. The girl checking us is was friendly and helpful. All the roads and sites were concrete with plenty of room and a nice big patio. All the sites have there own garbage cans, a nice grill and a large sturdy picnic table. There was a nice pool area and playground for the kids or grandkids. Casino camping doesn't get any better.
