Great park! Owners are on site and are wonderful! Very friendly. Park is quiet with no road noise! Wi-fi worked great for the most part. Cable was good. Concrete pads were so easy to level up and while side by side, were not extremely small. Planned on staying a few days; ended up staying over a week. Will return!
Great park! Level sites even though they are gravel. Wi-fi was awesome! Cable awesome with tons of channels. They arranged for a limo to pick us up and take us to the Big Texan Steak house. Will stay again!
Price paid is Passport America. Old park. Sites not level at all and had to move to other site in order to half way level up. WiFi didn't work. Lots of full time and junky rigs with stuff piled around. Pen with chickens in the middle of the park. Will not stay there again.
Price denoted Passport America rate. Nice park. Stayed in October and toured the Grand Canyon, then stayed again the following March. Concrete roads and sites. Very nice and level. Great Wi-Fi and cable. Will return.
Stayed there the past 2 winters. It was worse this winter than last. This has to be the most unfriendly staff that ever walked the earth. Not once were we ever told a simple 'thank-you'. It was if everyone was a total bother. This is an Escapee park and price we paid denotes that. There is a weekly rate, but no monthly so you are forced to pay tax on it even though you are staying months at a time. Sites are not level and all back ins. If it rains as it did a lot while we were there, you may not be able to get out of your rig due to foot deep standing water that runs the full length of one row. Metered electric and you pay for 'each' hookup. Wi-Fi that was not that great for the price. Water pressure very bad. Gravel parking lot. Will not return.
Very, very small park. Sites are very small and narrow, as in, hope your slide doesn't hit the slide next to you. Sites were not level. We full time and this is the first RV park we had been in that we could not level up. Wi-Fi was OK, and cable was good, but they didn't give us a TV guide so it was hard to figure out what channels were what. Staff was friendly, owners have it up for sale, so I'm saying no improvements will ever be made. Planned on staying a week, but stayed one night and went to another park that was more quiet and dark. Forgot to mention the water tower that hovers above the park that is decked out in neon lights. Will not return.
Can't say enough things about this park. Excellent Internet! Great pool! In a citrus orchard and you can pick fresh lemons and oranges off the trees. We stayed 2 weeks on Passport America so it was a great deal. Would absolutely come back to this park!
Pulled in at closing, was given a map and then had to find our site on our own in the total darkness. Cable didn't work as something was wrong at the pedestal. Husband and I both went to take a shower the next morning and after letting the water run for 10 minutes still had NO hot water. Water remained cold. I would not stay here again.
Nice park: VERY rude office staff. Stayed over 2 weeks and every time we had to go to the office we got the same rude behavior. Never did these women smile. I work 8 months a year in a RV office and would not still have my job if I acted and treated people like they do here. If they don't like their job, let someone do it that does.
