Was a beautiful place to park, we ended up staying 3 nights! Was quiet despite being pretty full for the weekend. A golf course, museum and casino all within walking distance. The view from my site was not obstructed by the rv next to me and it was a beautiful view of the Blue Mountains. Sites were pretty level, only issue is that the sewer connection is pretty far back, had to move back to reach it. Sites are very long, I saw several big rigs with plenty of room for their tow vehicles next to them. They provide a free shuttle to the casino, but the walk over is not that far. The park was very clean and the pool was nice too. Staff very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again and plan to next time I'm in the area!
Spaces were very close together. Only the monthly sites on the outside had a good view of the mountains. Lots of full-time residents here with storage at the west end of the park. They were take over at the first of May by KOA and would not honor my Passport America. I moved to another, better and less expensive campground just east of town after one night. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful though - it's not their fault that KOA won't honor PA. Would not stay here again.
This place is basically a trailer park as stated in previous review. Huge trees and the site I was on was pretty level. Only stopped for an overnight, and didn't feel extremely comfortable. I stayed in my RV except to let my dogs out. Office staff was a bit confused, guy didn't know what he was doing. Thankfully some lady came in who did, and she was very friendly. I wouldn't stay here again unless I couldn't find another place in the area.
Nice park off the highway on way to Glacier NP. It rained the entire 2 days I was there, so didn't explore much of the campground or local area. Folks in the office were extremely friendly and helpful with questions I had about the area. Restrooms and laundry were very clean and they had a nice lounge area too. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Wi-fi worked great where I was but I had no cell service unless I walked over by the old museum.
Basically a gravel parking lot with full hookups off the interstate. Surprisingly, I didn't hear much noise from the interstate which was nice. All sites were pull through but very uneven. Only front row is 30 amp, back 2 rows were 50 amp and you could use 30 if you had an adapter which I didn't. Hookups were 2 in one spot, so you were facing your neighbor.
Used my Passport America rate as there was no one in the office to take my money. I never did see anyone in the office, was told he works elsewhere during the day. Was told campground is for sale and owner is not putting any money into it. LOTS of full-time residents...some a bit scary. I was surprised how clean the restrooms and showers were being that the rest of the park looked like a dump...they weren't spotless, just surprised. Only stopped for an overnight, and that's all I'd recommend it for. Wi-fi did work, so that and the restrooms are why it gets this high of a rating.
Rate is Passport America. New owners are really making this into a nice park! The sites are level and have a great view of the mountains. Wi-fi works well, but no cell service for me. Owners are very helpful with directions to different things in the area and places to go see if you don't have any idea what is around like me. They also work with one of the BEST whitewater groups in the area and will set up a reservation for you plus offer a free shuttle!!! They still have some remodeling to do or I would have rated them a 10.
