Very small and tight RV Park. Very clean spaces with clean showers and restrooms. Good location close to downtown Homer. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
This was by far the best RV Park we stayed in. The sites were bordered with grass and decorated. The restrooms and showers were the best and cleanest we found while in Alaska. The staff is great. I would highly recommend this RV park to anyone visiting the Fairbanks area. It is about 15 miles South of Fairbanks.
Good access to shopping boardwalk. Water quality not good. Water curdled the cream in my morning coffee. Didn't use the showers as they require guests to pay for shower use. Good access for large RV's.
As others have said, very tight quarters. Old RV park. A lot of permanent residents with junk outside their units. We were parked in between 2 permanent residents. We would only recommend this park if you can't find another location. I think the parking lot at Fred Meyer would be better. On the positive side, showers were clean with good pressure and hot water. Restrooms were old but clean.
