This is a very clean RV park that caters to long term and full time RVers. They have full hookups including 70+ channels of cable TV. There are no public restrooms or showers but there is a laundry room available for residents. We have stayed here for six months in 2010 and we are back for another six month stay. My wife is a travel nurse. Park is about five miles from downtown Rogers and just a couple of miles from Beaver Lake. Address is 15479 East Hwy 12, Rogers, AR 72756. This is a fairly clean park and everything worked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside for me was there was a large number of FEMA trailers here, that they rented to permanent residents. And while I had zero problems in the two days I was here, I moved on.

We spent several weeks in this campground and were very pleased at the overall experience. Park was well maintained and everything worked. Has a nice laundry room, clean restrooms and showers. Pool looked brand new and was great. All roads and sites had new gravel and even after heavy rains, was not a problem. Lots of trees but they have open sites if you have a roof mounted satellite antenna. We will stop here again when we are in area.

Very clean and well kept campground. Handy to the Interstate highway. Great showers with endless hot water. Has very nice people and everything worked.
