Nightly rate reflects a 2 week, 14 day, stay. Park is well designed, utilities well placed, big rig compatible, our back-in site was 70 feet long. Since it is new, everything is clean and working. This is the site of an old motel, and apparently the old motel staff runs the RV park. NOT at all friendly at check in and they do not do a good job of managing the park: Staff stays in the office, out of sight of the park. No one appears to patrol or follow up with the campers after registering. If you have a dog with hair every trip outside of the RV will require removing "many" burrs! When their man mowed, started cutting at 7 a.m. and weed whacked the grass he cut our sewer hose completely into 2 pieces.
We stayed here 8 nights, would have moved to another park if we could have found a site in the area. A lady, that is a member of the church that owns it, manages this park. We never saw her but did have several unpleasant encounters with here teenage children who appeared to be in charge. We could not see any evidence of cleaning or maintenance in the park. They should not be able to advertise the cable TV, it was worthless since it would come and go every 30 minutes and when we had the best picture it was barely watchable. They do not have any of the big networks on their cable, NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, none of these. The WiFi was usable but very slow. We learned from one of their long-term campers that if you wanted anything, you needed to catch the older WorkKamper couple that worked weekend nights, they were very helpful and tried their best considering that there is no apparent support from management.
A nice KOA Park, along with standard KOA features they had paddle boat rentals for the small lake they have. The sites where a little on the small side, but we did fit. We would stay here again for any extended stays in the Sacramento area.
An unusual park in an orange grove. Very nice, well maintained. The continental breakfast was the standard coffee and donuts, but was appreciated. Easy highway access. The price was a little high, but if you camp here in season, we did not, you can pick all of the oranges you can eat for free.
Beautiful park, very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help. Would recommend this park to anyone. A little difficult to find, about 4 miles from I-40 and you have to navigate through residential streets to get there.
