We chose this campground because of its close proximity to Vancouver and the price seemed reasonable as per RVpark reviews website. This park is not at all suitable for a short visit as it is very difficult to access. It is situated high up on the surrounding mountains above Port Moody and is accessed through residential areas. This park would be more suitable as a destination park as it has a pretty lake within walking distance. Unfortunately the management was very rude and never available. The only way to access them was by calling on a cell phone and then they made you feel as if you were being intrusive, even if you wanted to pay for another night. The cost per night was $45 inclusive of tax and $5 surcharge for 50 amp. There was an additional $1 charge for using the showers. We ended up cutting short our visit to Vancouver because of the overall bad experiance and we will certainly never come back again.

This is a fine resort park with a very good restaurant, swimming pool, club house and many other facilities. The park is well situated on the Willamette River and on the outskirts of Harrisburg, giving great access to the many companies servicing the RV industry in this region. It is also only a short drive from the I-5. The staff were very pleasant and professional, as one would expect in a resort park. We found the resort to be very peaceful, with no traffic noise. The inclusive continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We will certainly return when revisiting this area.

This is a wonderful park whether you want to stay for a day, a week, a month or the summer. We have stayed all these options over the years. The sites are big and pads are concrete. The lawns between the pads are kept in pristine condition. The staff are very freindly and helpful. Even though this is a big park, it does not feel like it, as a result of the wonderful layout of the park with all its terraces and landscaping. If you like cyling for exercise, you can cycle a few miles down the road to the Columbia River and cycle all the way into Portland, along mainly cycle tracks. Blue Lake Regional Park is between the RV park and the river and is ideal for boating swimming or picnicing during the week, but gets busy on weekends and holidays. You are within fifteen minutes of downtown Portland and yet already at the entrance to the Columbia River Gorge with all its attractions. There is a Flying J, a Costco, a Super Walmart, and a Camping world nearby. If you are a rebel, you might find the rules irritating, but for us they offer peace of mind. We look forward to coming back to this park every year.

This RV Park is one of the nicest we have stayed in. We were very pleasantly surprised in every respect. The sites were huge and sealed as were the roads. The campground was beautifully laid out and maintained and very peaceful. The lawns between the sites were mowed and cleaned. There were back-in sites as well as pull through sites. We got very good Wi-Fi on our site but we were within short distance of the Wi-Fi antenna. The cost of the Wi-Fi was $8.00 per week or less per day. This is an ideal RV park for resting up when traveling from California into Oregon or as a destination park. We have done both. One can also travel from Valley of the Rogue straight through to Crater Lake.
