We have camped here twice before and thought it to be a good park, however we did not encounter any problems previously. The first night we camped here, a tree fell on our trailer. We have to agree with other comments, staff was rude. We were told we could not stay until our insurance paid to fix our trailer. The WiFi is fair but disconnected at 7 pm every day. Cable TV was out when we arrived. Will check out other parks before coming here again.

Called and made reservations and was not told the pool was closed...very disappointing as we were traveling with kids. The Wi-Fi was poor, did not work most of the time. Site was level, dirt, and the water pressure was good. Thinking I would check somewhere else next time I am in Carlsbad.
