Nice park,, a little tight with a 65' rig but, managable. Friendly management, walking distance to all of Custer shopping. No laundry on site but one available within 2 blocks. WiFi free and would stay here again.
This is a boondock park for two nights only. Free camping for 48 hours. Park is extremely well maintained. Restrooms are available and there is a stocked pond for the kiddies to fish in. Great place to overnight in.
This review is on the North Fork section of the park. We did not stay in the North Bluff section of the park. This park has no hookups but is a great place to boondock very reasonably considering the area is next to Yellowstone National Park. This park is very well maintained with asphalt sites and roads. Very clean.
Cost is actually 10.70 per night with 30 amp service. No electric is 8.00. This is a bare bones park but great for overnighting while traveling through the area. Pull in, set up and a park attendant will come through in the evening to collect site fee. Would stay here again.
Management is friendly. Restrooms and laundry maintained very well. Campground is very reasonably priced for the area. Vehicle washing is permitted. Biggest drawback to the campground is no sewer hookup and gravel roads, very dusty when someone drives by your site. They do have a dump station available. Would stay here again.
Gravel sites with gravel roads, it's a little dusty. Management is very friendly and helpful. Big laundromat on site with commercial machines. Self serve car & truck wash next to campground. Would stay here again.
Laundry available. Easy in and out of campground. Mostly asphalt sites with a few gravel sites. 12 50 amp sites and the remainder are 30 amp. Good Sam, Escapees, AAA and AARP discounts apply. Would stay here again.
Passport America accepted at 10 bucks a night. Laundry available. Vehicle & rig washing ok here. Free firewood for campfires. Grass sites and the campground is very well kept. Management is very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
Sites on middle loop only have 20 amp service. With big rigs (we have a 43' 5ver) be prepared to get out and move tree limbs so as not to tear off antennas and such. Tight area to drive in but doable. Staff was friendly.
This is a good little park to overnight in while traveling Hwy 285 in New Mexico. It is a Passport Park for only $12.00 if you are a member. No frills with gravel sites and you pay on the honor system after normal closing hours. We will use this park again.
This is an older park that has not seen many upgrades in recent years. Most of the water hookups are on the wrong side of the sites. Old asphalt sites with a small concrete patio. Laundry available with reasonable prices. Management is friendly and helpful as they are RV'ers themselves. If you are looking for a resort park this is not it! This is a basic older park with no frills. It is relatively clean but the grass has overgrown many of the sites. It is gated at night and on weekends. Park is good for overnight or for touring San Antonio. Easy access to Hwy. 90 and loop 410. Convenient to Lackland AFB and the usual shopping stores. We would stay here again.
