We are in our 12th year of fulltime RVing and this park is in the top five of all the parks we have stayed. There are very few parks in this country where the WiFi is good. So, we have our own MiFi which is what anyone who really needs the internet should have. Thus said, I give this park a 10/10 rating. Friendly staff, convenient, good cable, clean, nice sized lots.
We stayed here 30 years ago in a small fold down and now are in a 43' DP. The roads are tight turned and the sites require some back and forth to get into. But the worst was that after paying $126 for two nites, we had to clean up the dog shit from the site. The dog hair, in clumps from a brushing and in the hedge, we left. We will NEVER stay here again. Evidently, they don't check the sites after they are vacated. That's not how you operate a campground.
This has been a most miserable winter down here in the Valley. That said, it's not fun to be in a park that has no pool tables, fitness equipment, or the like for when it's too cool out to do anything. The TV and Wii only go so far. If you are into playing guitars, fiddles, and the like this is a great park. We're not. The potholes and patched roads make riding a bicycle a challenge. Most people are really friendly and will help you all they can. We won't return this coming fall, but will be going over to a San Benito park with the facilities we are looking for. And hope for a more normal Valley winter.
