This is a very workable urban RV park with minimal amenities. It is conveniently located to Colorado Springs business and tourist attractions. It is the only place that we have found in the Springs that has both W-iFi and cable TV. Both worked very well. This is not a "hang out at the campsite under the awning" place. It is a very functional, centrally located RV park. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay here again in the future.
A great limited service RV park that is off the beaten path a little. Basic RV needs are available and the park is quiet and well maintained. Yes it's beside the glider airport runway, but that idi not really affect the general peacefullness of this RV park. We would definitely stay here again when visiting this area.
One of the best parks in which we have stayed. Helpful staff and security people, excellent sites, full service, helpful on-site repair services, clean, and pet friendly. Only downside is their WiFi system. Availabale at all sites, but in reality many sites varied from 54 Mbps to 1 Mbps. If WiFI is important to you, make sure that the reservation person assigns you a good WiFi site. Overall, great service, ameneties and security. Would definitely stay here again.
Pleasant park that appears to be family oriented. Shady, narrow tree lined roads make moving 38' rigs or bigger a bit interesting. Staff in the office was not particularily pleasant or helpfull. The morning after our arrival home from staying at this park we glanced out our window and saw that roof of the RV was covered with red debris that looked like it had come from the dead tree limbs above our site. This stain did not wash off and required compounding and rewaxing. It took 2 weeks to finally talk to the manager (after leaving numerous messages with his staff)to see what could be done about this problem. We were told to bring the RV back to them and they would see if they could do anything. Too far away for us, so we declined. If you stay at this park, we would suggest that you check the health of the trees above your campsite before pulling in.
