This is a very nice park if you are just traveling through the area and not inclined to spend a lot of time. While some "big rig" folks have complaints, and don't they all, we found the accommodations quite adaquate for our small "C" class unit. The folks that own the park are very friendly and seem willing to bend over backwards to handle any problem that arises. They were even helpful with where to go and what to see around the area. Not to sound negative, nor anti review, but sometimes those that are posting the negative remarks should look around at what's available near the park they are critiqueing and figure out that where they were may just have been the best available for 100 miles. Our experience with this park was such that we will return on our next trip west through Wyoming, without hesitation
This is with out a doubt one of the nicest and most friendly campgrounds we have ever stayed at. We intended to stay only 2 nights and ended up staying 5. The new owner was very willing to do whatever was needed to accommodate his guests, the staff was always available and friendly and to top it off, the cafe had good food. True, the sites are not as large as some parks, but come on your in a canyon! We took time to check out other RV parks in the area and we are sure glad we made the choice we did.
This is one of the poorest RV parks we have ever been to. The grass had not been cut, no shade, the sewer opening was covered with a board, the desk help could have cared less about us. Had to wait 1/2 hour to get propane. Lastly, the noise from the interstate is awful all night long. We thought this was going to be a ranch setting, but instead, it's a field with hook up's. Would never go back again!!!
