Nice campground. Not a lot of trees yet in the part we were in. Good Wi-Fi. Good spacing between sites. Lots of activities around the lake. We camped here, then drove into San Diego for attractions - pretty convenient. Good pool, laundry fine, restrooms nice, well kept campground. Would gladly camp here again.
Good Sam park. $2 for each person after 2 people. WiFi for a fee. Nice heated pool, ice machine, game room. Observatory with 45 min presentation - got to see Mars, Saturn, many stars - a nice perk. Very clean, good showers, clean restrooms, good sized sites. Grocery store and restaurants about a block away. Easy interstate access. Would definitely stay again
Wi-Fi for a fee. Easy on/off interstate - OK for overnight. Laundry, ice cream, nice staff. Sites were extremely close, but offset enough that it was OK. All gravel, no trees or grass. For an overnight it was fine. City park not too far away. Price was right.
Gravel, not much grass, but well kept. Swimming pool and playground were good. Staff was very friendly. Bathrooms were clean. KOAs tend to be higher priced, but other than that, a good campground.
Large park next to train station if you want to ride the train to the grand canyon. Wifi was not very good, but they claim to be upgrading in August 2007. Laundry facility has 5 w/d pairs, which can get full at times. Staff extremely friendly and helpful at check in. New park, opened Feb 2006.
