We only camped here for 1 night, as we were just passing through, but our experience was fine. We called around to other parks on our way to Reno, and this park had seemed most reasonable. Very quiet, with polite management. I would say it's a good "home base" if you're there to explore Reno, as it's mostly just a spot to park and use the facilities rather than relax and spend time. Our spot was up front by the office, and was level (concrete) with gravel around, however it was somewhat tough to back in due to incline up to concrete slab. Not a big deal, just may be challenging to park for some. Site was clean except for a couple of really nasty pieces of personal trash that management should have probably seen and discarded. Quite a few long term residents, it appeared, but everyone seemed to keep their site pretty clean! Bathrooms were a bit of a walk from our site, but they were clean, and showers were clean with good water pressure. We would stay here again, though I might be tempted to check out some other parks too.

Had no problem getting same-day reservations. Employees were very friendly and accommodating. We weren't able to get there until about 10 PM, but found all of our information waiting for us outside the office door when we arrived. Very clean bathrooms, very clean showers. We were only there for 1 night and it was very-well suited for a brief stay. But, since we weren't there long and we didn't really explore the grounds, I can't comment on how suited it is for a more long-term stay - but really don't see why it wouldn't the same. Great proximity to downtown Albuquerque. Not far off the interstate, so very easy to locate and get around; also didn't notice any highway noise as we slept. We would stay here again!

The management was friendly to us and our site was easy to find, right in front. Location is convenient to downtown Austin (basically a 10 minute drive to the Capitol) and is fairly urban, so it's probably better suited to use as a "home base" for those looking to explore Austin than a park to spend much time in. Our site wasn't a pull-thru but was easy to back into. Lots of long-term residents in the park, it appeared, but they all seemed friendly. We didn't think the noise level was bad, though it's not far from the airport and it is located on a major road, so light sleepers may have a different experience. Again, if you're just looking for a home base, this worked well for us for the 2 nights we were there - it was easy to come and go, and we didn't have any problems. I will warn you though, bathrooms and showers aren't necessarily "dirty", but are a pretty beat-up...we used the trailer instead.

Great spot to camp! Beautiful views of Colorado Springs, lots of wildlife (we saw prairie dogs, turkeys, and lots of birds) and really clean facilities. This is one nice spot! The site fee is $26 but there's an additional $7 parking fee on top of that, so it's actually $33 per night. Reservations couldn't be made the same day (guess you have to reserve 3 or more days ahead) but we didn't have a problem finding a spot. We stayed during the week though, leaving on a Friday, and it was already filling up with reservations when we left, so I would recommend planning ahead! We lucked out. Showers are coin op, 50 cents for 4 minutes I believe it was, so make sure you have quarters. Bathrooms were clean. Sites are close enough together to be convenient for families, groups, etc. but far enough apart for privacy and reduced noise. Each loop of sites has a community area with a BBQ, table, etc. which was a really neat touch. Staff is a little sparse, however we were also there in an off-peak time, plus you're in a park, not an RV resort. We would definitely stay here again!

Good experience at this park! Rates may be a little high, but you are literally across the street from Graceland, so assuming that's why you're there to begin with, you can't really beat it. Plus, you get free parking in the Graceland parking lot if you need it. Employees were friendly and had all our information waiting at the night registration spot when we arrived. There was someone in the security booth every time we drove by, and they were always friendly and observant. Came out to stop us the first couple of times we came in until they saw our parking pass, which is good if you're concerned about safety! We did not hear any noise from the airport, street, or otherwise. Some very, very nice RV's and trailers were parked there. Main reason for rating was the bathrooms weren't the cleanest, but they really weren't "bad" either. We would stay here again!

We called on our way into the area and had no problem getting a reservation. The employees were extremely friendly and accommodating, as well as happy to tell us where to go (and not go) in New Orleans. It's a great choice for those looking to spend some time in New Orleans but who don't want to stay right in the city due to noise, high rates, cramped parks, and etc. It's close enough to the city to be convenient (only about a 20 minute drive to the French Quarter) yet far enough out to be quiet and relaxing, plus we felt very safe here. The bathrooms were extremely clean, and showers were clean as well. We didn't use any other facilities, wi-fi, etc. because we had no need, so can't comment on them. We had an easy pull-through site, and an employee personally directed us to it in a golf cart. We would definitely stay here again!
