Clean, large RV park. Sites are fairly narrow, but decent in length. Very clean with daily pick up of trash. Utilities worked well including the Wi-Fi. Not very many washers/dryers and quite expensive to use. Even though the temperature was in the 80's the pool was closed so not much in the way of available activities. Staff friendly and professional. Area close to Great Smokey Mountain Park.
Not sure how this RV park would rate a description as a premiere park. While there may be some partial shade around the edges basically you are in an open field with no shade, or landscaping. The sites are level but quite narrow and consist of gravel with no concrete pads. The table at our site was broken. Wi-Fi was so/so but the TV was fine. This park sits out in the middle of no place and to get anywhere requires you to travel on congested roads. The owners are very nice and helpful. This would be a good overnight park, but not a destination park, all you have is a place to park. No outside lighting so keep your porch lights on. Entry way is rough and goes past some very rundown buildings. If I were passing through on I10 I may stop for the night, but would not stop otherwise.
