Was OK park, empty during week - well shaded, saw foxes at night. No cable, no WiFi as advertised. Staff friendly, but you get charged for everything.

Good for the price, but sites are small. We had to put our 24' trailer in caddy corner to park. Good space between sites.

Nice game room for kids, nice shop. Played pool, ping pong, exercise and catch the bus to Riverwalk across street. Older barrio neighborhood but safe. Heated pool.
