This is a brand new RV Resort and badly needed in the upper keys. Easily accessed from US 1, most of the sites are pull thrus and easily navigable. This park is situated on Florida Bay and offers spectacular sunsets. They have a launching ramp for boats and kayaks. We had the pleasure of spending 3 days at this resort while our house was being worked on. The pool and clubhouse are beautiful with two billiard tables and games for the kids. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and we had an escort to our site. There is a great restaurant within walking distance, (Mrs. Macs) and other restaurants and snorkel and dive boats just 5 minuets away.

This park is outstanding! It is beautiful and well kept by friendly employees. The owner stops by to make sure everything is OK and he even remembers your name the next day! I'm impressed and will use this park next year.

Very nice park, but no shade trees. Can be very hot. Super long pull throughs. Clean and well kept.

A very nice quiet park full of friendly people. The longer we stayed here the more we liked it. We will use this park again when in the area.

This was a one night stop over for us. Nice park in the hills. Very nice people, rustic location, not to bad to get in and out of. Home cooking restaurant on premises. We will use this again when in the area.

This park is magnificent, clean, beautiful, nestled amongst the mountains and could not be nicer! If ever in this area again, and I think we will be because it's really nice around here and Luray Caverns are really worth the visit, we will stay here again!

Nice place, friendly folks, easy in/out, pull through sites. We use this campground often as it's a convent stop over for us. Wi-Fi works well, no problems at all, nice peaceful layover during our travels.

This was a one night stop over for us. It's a very nice park with easy access from US-1, and nice concrete pads. While the sites are fairly close together, it's not bad, easy to navigate and close to restaurants and shopping. The lady in charge was very helpful and nice. We will use this park again if the need arises but I have a feeling that it will be full in the winter time.

This was a convenient stop for us on our trip from Key Largo to the mountains of N.C.. Easy in and out, just off I-75 and reasonably priced. Nice folks and nice pull thrus. The place is clean and well taken care of. The only downfall is I-75 road noise.

The park is very large. Because we had a dog, (a small 7lb Yorki) we were given a site out in front of the park, near the dog walk, and not a very nice one. You must carry your dog to the dog walk area so if you have a large dog I would look somewhere else. This campground is not pet friendly.

This was our 3rd time there, we love the place. The campground is very well shaded with lots of beautiful trees, bike paths are very nice, and the campground is very close to the beach and historical areas. The staff is friendly and efficient. We will be back!

It is a very nice place, with great staff and who were helpful. We had a pull through and was perfect for our one night stay while going to the Smokies. We will use them again!

This is a campground that we won't ever forget! It is small but beautiful. We had a great site, a million dollar view, up on the side of a mountain. This place is beautiful maintained and we will be back!

We have just spent 3 days at Franklin RV Park. It was perfect for us, a great location situated between Franklin, Dillard, and the Highlands which provided plenty of sightseeing, shopping, and good restaurants. The campground is small, beautifully maintained, the bathrooms and showers spotless, the hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had one of the pull thrus for our 37' class A motorhome. The campground has a common area with a big beautiful fireplace that was lit for campers to congregate and socialize. We really enjoyed our stay at this campground and look forward to coming back when they reopen in the spring.

This is a fantastic place. We've been here many times and it never gets old. We don't do the parks to much anymore, we're content in using the bike trails, relaxing and enjoying the pool and the great food.
