Restrooms, showers, and laundry clean and well maintained. We stayed here 5 days, booked it blind. Sites are close together. We had shade trees BUT campsites 1 to 17 are VERY close to Highway 105 and get blasted with truck noise from early morning, through darkness. The map of the campsite we were handed at the entry is wrong. It indicates that the highway is some distance away whereas in reality it is on an angle that cuts close to the campsites. Check it's layout on Google Earth it's right across the road from the Cabot Trail Campsites (now a KOA). Wi-Fi is poor. Pool and playground are nice if you have kids. Want quiet, go elsewhere or make sure you pick one of the sites not listed above.
If you like camping in an open gravel pit then this is the place for you. Most of the river view sites are seasonal and the rest of the sites are on new gravel with not a stick of trees or any green grass in sight. A Walmart parking lot offers just as much privacy minus the showers and washrooms. No hot water in the mens showers when we were there. When and if this campground is finished (it is a work in process) it may be nice but that will depend on the growth of trees and the addition of grass. If you like nature, privacy, and quiet this is not the place for you.
Sites are large, many with treed privacy. Nice layout, easy access, clean showers, washrooms, and laundry facilities. One of the best RV campgrounds we've stayed in. Quiet with virtually no traffic noise, yet close to great shopping in the cute town of Rivier du Loup. We'll be back, this is a first class place to spend a few days.
