The real advantage of this RV park is the combination deal of Amusement park passes, meal vouchers and RV park rental. There is one side of the park which has a few trees, whereas the area we had was in an open field with quite a slope toward the west. It rained/ and then hailed while we were here and this explains the slopes at calgary RV parks, so that the water leaves quickly. As Campgrounds go, it is pretty poor, however as a RV park it is ok and the Park deal is the reason you would stay at the park.
Nice park, with a pool which is a must for kids, they have a parks for the kids as well. Some of the sites are awkwardly placed, our site was very uneven with the back of the RV almost touching the ground. Not an great site by any means, however it is close to Calgary.
Nice looking RV Park adjacent to a golf course and the owners are pleasant and helpful. There is no washrooms on site except a porta-pottie which was pretty gross. I didn't notice initially that there is a main CN train line adjacent to this campground the whole campground shakes when it passes at 11:30 pm, and 2:30 AM and 4:30 AM, by 6:30 AM we had enough. I was surprised at all the other good reviews of this site, they must be deaf to not hear the trains going through.
