We enjoyed this KOA with a great game room for our niece. We were given a site near the office but the lights were quite bright so I would chose a different spot. The pancakes for breakfast (all you can eat for $1.99) were wonderful. A very popular place for late arriving RVs but it was fun to watch them park. A friendly park. I would stay here again.
Very nice open park. No on site manager during most of the day, but a nice lady comes around to collect the money later. Pick your own site, nice colorful gravel but sidewalks are nice to walk on, game room available. We would stay here again.
We had stayed here before and had a nice spot. They put us in a different one which was small and had only one hookup for water. The man next to use chose not to use it fortunately for us. Also it was only a 30/50 amp site but fortunately we had a 30 amp adapter. The person next to us was using the 30 amp outlet so all that was left was the 50 amp outlet. The owners drove up to the spot but did not stick around to point out these things. It was a confusing site. It was like one hookup for 2 sites.
We were pleasantly surprised how nice this KOA was. Easy to access from the freeway which could be a little noisy but did not bother us. The office/store is very nice as are the spaces. There are trees between each space (in most cases) which gives some privacy. There were very few full time residents there. We will definitely come back as it is on the way to Laughln Los Vegas and greater LA area. My cat (leashed) loved the park.
We really enjoyed this RV park and would have stayed longer but the wind was bad. True there are a lot of snowbirds and some full time residents but the front row were pull through spaces for overnight or short term visitors. The spaces were fine. The park was clean and it has a nice community hall. Office staff was friendly. We plan on staying here again. Very busy in January.
We came in after the office closed and picked a pull through spot that was listed as being available. We liked the space. The next morning I asked if it was available for 2 nights or even 1. The lady kept looking at the computer and it appeared that no one had that space for that night but then she said our trailer was too short (19 feet) and they really wanted it for big rigs. She said we would have to move. We did move, to an RV park in Bullhead City. Disappointing. As for the park itself I gave it a good rating. We were in their computer and have been there before.
We have been here quite a few times and did not see any difference then the previous visits. The gal in the office was fine. We got the space we wanted, and the rate was great. A small group was already gathered and seemed to be enjoying the community room. They drove around in the morning to pick up the garbage. The park was clean. We would return.
We like the open views of this park. Great wi-fi and very nice restrooms. Spaces are large, with easy access. Would give it a ten except there is little fencing around the area to keep out strangers. We have stayed many times and will stay here again.
I liked the park but feel a little repair work would improve its appearance. Almost every cement slab had broken corners, and the asphalt roads had lots of repair done to it. The fall colors were lovely, and I would stay here again even though I think it was a little high priced.
This is one of our favorite parks. Large spaces, easy on and off from the freeway and into the park. My price reflects a $2.00 discount for paying cash, and another 5 % discount using a coupon from a previous visit. Friendly staff. Easy check in if office is closed. Popular with snowbirds heading to Arizona.
A nice homey little park. Several older buildings reminiscent that it was perhaps an auto court motel decades earlier. We liked the trains going by. Lots of trees. Within walking distance of a Carls Jr, McDonalds, Subway, Starbucks and several gas stations and a Ford dealer right around the block that also works on RVs. A little gem.
This was our second stay at this KOA but its adequate for the only park in town. It was a Friday night and West Wendover was lively with shuttle service from the RV park to the casinos. True its dusty but the whole area is, and the spots are large enough for big rigs. It is dry but clean with a nice office.
Nice park with shuttle to the casino. Grassy areas and cooler in the summer as its over 6000 feet. Sometimes office is empty but you can call the operator and they will page the manager. Good value for the price.
We have stayed here in the past and the RV park has definitely gone downhill, yet the price was higher. We are disappointed as we always liked the convenience of the casino and stores in the area. More spots were filled with semi-permanent residents and not kept up. They moved the office from a separate building into the casino. Probably will not stay here again. Wi-Fi was down. The spot we wanted did not have working power.
The spaces were great with lots of pull thrus, trees with shade and a table on a grassy area. Friendly staff. Play area for children. We were able to walk into town to see the sights. A nice location. I would stay here again. Wi-Fi worked great.
We love the park. When you check in you stop at a Kiosk with a very friendly lady who assigns you to a space. If you come after hours you phone the hotel desk and they will assign you a spot. The casino is wonderful and you have access to spa and pool. The RV grounds are very nice with grassy areas and a picnic table. Casino and the park are spotless. Upbeat employers and campers seem to be enjoying themselves.
This is a new park with huge spaces for long rigs. Easy to walk to Fast Food restaurants, grocery store, drug store and Family Dollar. We were the only over nighter but it worked out fine. I did not see any restrooms or laundry. Manager was on hand to assist us. I would stay there again.
