We stayed here just overnight on our way to Houston. Was hesitant to stay in a big metropolitan area but we were very pleasantly surprised with our stay here. After you pull into your site you would not know you were in a big city, lots of trees and shrubs. Wi-Fi was a little slow but typical of most parks but electric was strong and cable TV was very good. We would definitely come back here again.

We really enjoyed camping here, friendly hosts and a very clean park. We enjoyed the free shuttle to and from the Big Texan. Visited the nearby Palo Duro State Park which was beautiful. The hosts pointed out many points of interest for us to see. We will be coming back in the summer to see the outdoor play Texas and will stay here on that visit as well, already have our return reservation. Very enjoyable stay, nice friendly hosts and great amenities. Even their Wi-Fi worked better than any other park we have stayed at.
