Pretty small grass sites with some sites with water at the electrical boxes. Right on the East Fork of the DM River. Great playground, horseshoe pits, near walking trail, very helpful host.

Close to everything including beaches and some of the best seafood along the gulf. Staff is great, very nice zero entry pool, hottub and small playground. Has a catch and release pond, fenced-in dog run, recreation room, fitness center, nice laundry room, individual bath houses and flat paved roads. Park is around 4 years old. Has good Wi-Fi.

Great Thanksgiving Day feed. Friendly staff and clean shower houses. No fire rings and old playground, slow Wi-Fi. Very close to everything you need.

Site pads are mostly back in & not very wide, but most have a separate area for the fire ring/picnic table. We were in #29, great lake view & 20ft to water, lake is full. No playground equipment and only one dump site.

We spent most of the days at various parks and our camp fee was in a package, but the rate was $46 for week nights and $64 for the weekends. We attended the sing along and night movies which was all great. We camped in site 903 and were right next to the outpost (camp store), and near the pool and movie screen. The pool is open 24 hrs which was great after a long day at the parks. The only negative was the extra charge for WIFI, which should have been included, for all the other $$ I spent during the week.

I have no memberships that qualifies for the free or $2 rate, but they will still allow non-members to camp. The 30 amp rate is $35 and $37 for 50 amp full hook up sites. Lots of activities for the kids and many planned events such as kids bingo, cupcake walk, etc. Two swimming pools, beach, three playgrounds. What other campground can you take a shower and do laundry in a train car! I was in site 190, not very level, I would recommend the pull thru sites for larger units. Great clubhouse and very good members to camp with.

Great family campground with canoe and tube rentals. Very clean facility and lots of activities. We camped @ site 36 on the river. The only negative was the fire pit was located in the rear of the site on a hill side and was not really usable. Great fenced in dog run area and great WI-FI at our site.

Georgia Power Lake and can obtain reservation information from their web site. Only about 5 miles south of Interstate 20. Walking distance to the beach and nice playground. Washer/dryer located at bath house, but didn't use them. I will camp here again.

This campground was opened in 2005, level concrete pads with water and electric at the site and a dump station. Very nice lake and golf course. The park is owned by the city of Maryville. We camped in the off season, I believe the in season rate to be $15. Located about 5 miles east of Maryville on Hwy 136 and then north.

Nothing fancy, but the price is right for water/electric hookups. They have a dump site at the park. The park is located on the west side of town on HWY 92 across the highway from an excellant grocery store, try the meat counter.

Hidden gem, stayed here on the way back from SD, due to a friend that lives here. Campground is owned by the city, 10 paved sites with water/electric, no restroom or shower house. Located right next to the city park and swimming pool, which was a blessing after a long day on the road for the family. Pay is on the honor system, still nice to see in this day and age.

Stayed on the way back home. Very nice owner, we called ahead and when we asked about pizza places they took the time to look up some numbers so we could have pizza delivered to the site. Small pool, but good enough.

Lots of activities for the family, train tour of the ranch, trail rides, kiddy horse rides. Some of the ranch hands even rode their horses into the campgrounds and took the time to talk to my kids, very cool!

The kids loved the hiking trails. One day was spent in The Gulfat Venice Beach, worth the 2+ hour trip. The gate is locked at night and the rangers run a tight ship. We just showed up and they allowed us to drive around an pick a spot. Many spots are tight for larger campers. Bring bug spray.

We got the last site over Thanksgiving. Park is tight & sometimes you have to go against traffic to fit in, but once in it is worth it. The kids loved the beach and the we liked the local seafood. Local bar prior to entering the park and The Crab Shack are a must eat. The kids could ride their bikes on the beach and if you look hard enough you can find shark teeth (black).

Camped here several times while living in IA, one of my favorites. We love site 190, some road noise with windows open. Very flat and great for biking and walking.

Nice park right on the Mississippi River. You do come thru a little rough neighborhood, but no problems. Very nice river walk next to the park, but NO bikes, we got reminded by the local law enforcement. Very good seafood in the area and we sampled some local sweetcorn on the westside of town, very good. Just across the river from historic Natchez, Mississippi.

We stayed here 3 nights and then moved to Colorado Springs, wished we'd stayed longer here. The kids loved the heated pool, horseshoes and the lodge for the ice cream. It was too dry to allow campfires, but the campground has a nightly fire by the office, great time to visit with other campers.

Very disappointed in the shape of this place, may have been nice back in the day, but NOT now. We were one of the few non-FEMA trailers camping. We left early and will not ever be back.
