The park has just been updated. Most sites are under very large pecan trees. Most sites are pull through. It is just blocks from the historic square. The park is on about ten acres, with a great playground for the kids. The Bosque river runs along side the park.
Stay for three days a this park. Most of the guests are full time. They allow them to keep dogs tied up out side. So when you are out side the are always barking. On the third day, I said something to the owner and he told me that If I didn't like dogs I should not stay at the park and that he didn't want to say anything to a good guest about his dogs. It is a great park except for the this issue because you can't walk around without them barking. There are no public restrooms or showers.
