Clean restrooms & showers and easy access to Interstate, but much noise from the road. Hot, windy terrain. The sites are Way too close together with little or no shade. Couldn't put our awning out. We checked in for 2 nites but after the first, I told them I had to leave sooner. The owner graciously refunded my money for the 2nd night, even though she pointed out her printed policy of no refunds.
This is the 4th time we've been here and we will return again if we are in this area. Rates reflect PA pricing. Good Wi-Fi and updated cable with their decoder boxes to loan out. Level sites & clean baths. Quiet. Helpful, friendly staff. I gave a 9 instead of a 10 only because I think their firewood is overpriced.
Great RV park, owned & managed by city of Decatur with most amenities except cable TV. Antenna will pick up a few stations. Good Wi-Fi and cell phone connectivity. Level, shaded spots for everybody. Over 600 acres here with many, many spots and lots of locals know about this place. I will stay here again if I'm in this area. Price noted is senior citizen discount. Fire pits for all and cheap firewood available. Lots of shade and cool breezes.
We've stayed here before and chose to return because of the people here. Friendly, helpful & courteous. Everything here is CLEAN. Good Wi-Fi. Only TV is satellite. The view is amazing. Park is outside of town but close enough to access most needs. After multiple positive experiences here, I will return to this park. Price noted is with a Passport America discount.
We will definitely return to this RV park in the future. Good wifi and great cable, lots of shade and reasonably quiet with level spots. With Good Sam discount, we had 2 nites for $55. Nice air conditioned laundry. The latest Good Sam park locater book ONLY has their name, address & phone with no other info.
Denver (area) surprisingly, has few RV parks to choose from. This one is good, with the only down side being that it is right on a VERY busy road with plenty of road noise. No cable TV, but antenna will pick up several local stations. Only problem is that they (like other parks) use long term campers for office personnel, and some of them don't know what they are doing. Just be sure when you check in that you are being told everything correctly.
