The sites are very small and close together with not hardly enough room to put an awning out or to park a tow vehicle on the site. The pet run is an absolute joke. It is along the main road and about four feet wide with a fence on the other side and is not a place where you would want to try and walk a pet. The employees were nice enough and the maintenance man was very good and working hard all the time to try and take care of the park and help out the campers. The campground is just very small and cramped and I would not want to stay there again unless just absolutely necessary, which is why I stayed there this time. It was the closest campground to a reunion that I was attending so luckily I did not have to spend much time there. I would try to find somewhere else to stay if in the area again.

Brand new and very clean and neat park. Large concrete pads with patios at each site with very nice grass area around each site. Security gate and very friendly staff. Very clean restrooms and showers with storm shelter. Playground for kids is finished and the swimming pool will be finished within the month and a pond is being built next to the pool. The only drawback right now is the lack of a store for rv supplies and groceries but overall it is the best park in the area by far. We stayed there for four days in a fifth wheel and have family in the area and will stay here again on our next visit. There is also a building with eleven indoor rv storage sites.

This could be a nice little campground but it needs a lot of work. It is mostly shaded with large trees. Some gravel but it has mostly been worn into the ground so there is a lot of dirt where there should be gravel. The sites have no concrete pads at all. The only concrete is under a shelter that is supposed to be for get together or picnics but it is full of lawn tractors and junk used and cannot be used and the building that is supposed to be used for the same thing is being used as storage but a bunch of junk also. The listing in Trailer Life shows river front campground but it is more like a lagoon off shoot from the Arkansas River with dead water that is nasty looking. They say that there is a dock with fresh water fishing but I wouldn't want to walk on the dock and wouldn't want to fish there either. There has been no upkeep in the campground at all. The listing says that they have groceries but I saw very few items and I tried to buy a bag of ice and they didn't even have that. They say that they have a playground but I didn't see anything that even remotely resembled one. The toilets and showers were fairly clean but the rest of the building was very dirty with filthy windows and spider webs on them that haven't been cleaned for several months. The campground was fairly full each night that we were there but the owners are not using any of the income for improvements or upkeep. The owners live in the second floor above the office but the only person that I ever saw in the three days that I was there was their daughter running the cash register. There is old junk boats, trailers and trucks sitting all over the campground that takes away from the campground. Overall, it just needs a lot of cleaning up and improvements in several areas.

Just an absolutely beautiful campground in a beautiful location. The host are very nice but book early because there are a lot of spots already taken by campers that stay all summer every year.

Really nice park close to park entrance. Store and restaurant are very good. ATVs and dust were not a problem mostly due to 5 mph speed limit in park. WI-F did not work unless you are very close to the office.

Very nice campground with beautiful views. Very good shuttle service into Zion. Only complaint is that the sites are fairly close together and not very long but overall a very nice campground.

Very nice park with large sites and concrete pads with lots of room between sites. Everything is very clean with beautiful views. Watch your pets because there isn't much of a place to walk them except on the concrete unless you want them to get stickers because there is a lot of plants with large stickers in the dirt area.

The sites are very narrow and unlevel. There is nothing but red dirt, blowing dust, and usually the wind is terrible. The stores and facilities are fine but I would never stay here again except for the fact that if you want to see Monument Valley it is the only place close by to stay. Very expensive for what it is, plus they charge for WI-FI.
