No swimming pool as advertised, office clerk advised me that the pool was to be built in March of 05 however not one shovel full of dirt has been moved as of August 2005.

Poor managment of park, also out of 8 dryers in laundry room 2 were out of order and 2 did not get hot enough to dry cloths. The park is located next to interstate 75 with lots of Atlanta traffic noise. At one time this was a good family park, however it has now been overrun with construction workers that live there in campers. Park is not worth the rate they charge.
