We stayed here for about a month (thus the monthly rate.) We have an Internet Satellite on roof and needed to be away from trees. There aren't many sites that would allow that but we found one. Friendly staff, large RV Park with mostly vacation mobile home owners that leave their trailers there year round. We stayed in May, but it would soon get very hot and humid so be prepared for the weather if you stay in the summer. Overall we would stay there again.

Stayed here on Passport America. Campground is reasonable enough, but noisy next to Interstate 10. Our biggest complaint, staying in site 2 next to the office, was the RV Park owner's barking dogs. They chain up their boxer on a a massive 7 foot chain and have another dog in the fenced area with him. They are barking constantly. We heard them up to 11:30 PM and early in the morning. Not only is this cruel to the dog, it is to the visitors. Without the barking dogs, I'd give it a 7 rating. Stay at the back of the campground for more quiet.

Nice clean park with good amenities. I call this a drive-in or asphalt RV park, like so many in Arizona desert. Lots of RVs lined up one after another on asphalt with nice concrete pads. Reasonable dog walk also. Western Horizon members pay for electric ($3).

Stayed here as an ROD member for free. Very large, clean park with canals for fishing. RV are laid out side by side with adequate spacing. May be too big for some people with so many activities and so many people active all the time. Wifi is only good near the office. Good area next door in field to walk dog off-leash and areas along canals with leash. Main complaint is the smells from the diary next door and the chicken ranch next door. When the wind blows from the Northeast, be prepared! Lots of noisy ducks, geese, herons, etc (including their excrement). It adds to the "wilderness" enviroment.

Only 20 miles from West Yellowstone, but one of the most inexpensive and best parks in the area. We liked the quiet and the great places to walk your dog (including a dog walk in the park, but the road to Henry's Lake is 1 mile and great for dogs). The forest across the street is a great place to view wildflowers in June/July. Dust was NOT bad here as stated by another reviewer in. We stay here every summer and love it. They have special monthly or seasonal rates that make this an inexpensive spot to stay in one of the most beautiful areas of our country. A few of the spots are cramped, but most are spacious.
