People at office were very nice and grounds around office and pool are well kept. The grass area by our campsite was dead. This is a good place for one night as it is convenient to freeway and fuel. There are a lot of full timers but they keep their sites clean. This is an older campground that could use a little TLC.

This is one of the most beautiful and complete campgrounds we have ever stayed in. Front office is very nice and escort you to your site. We camped at one of the sites on the river with lots of lawn. This place has it all pool, spa, clean laundry facilities, dog wash, RV wash, beautiful rec. room with fireplace, grocery store within walking distance. Highway noise was not an issue for us. We will definitely be back to camp here again!

This a nice campground with large private sites. The office was very friendly and changed our site to a premium with no problem. This is a great place to stop if you are in Eugene.

This is a very clean and well maintained campground in a beautiful area. The gentleman in the office was very nice and helpful. However the noise from the highway and the frequent running trains were loud. Do not take the Hood River toll bridge from the Oregon side to this campground--it is very narrow.

This campground is in a beautiful setting. People at the front office were very nice and they escort you to your site. Crater Lake is very close for day trip. The only problem with this area is a lot of mosquitoes which the campground has no control over. We would stay here again just be better prepared for mosquitoes.

This campground is one of our favorites and we will go back again. Sites are very large, clean, and shaded. They pick up garbage at your site and deliver a paper each morning at a premium site. We have a dog and never had a problem like someone reviewed about being policed about their waste. The only thing this campground is missing is a pool but there was a great spa. The people at front desk were professional and extremely helpful. The $100 deposit we put down was for a cable box which there are problems with, but it was so beautiful here we didn't mind.

Sites are cramped, grass was dead, park needs alot of TLC. Staff not very helpful. Very dusty and tight for big rigs w/tow vehicles. View out window was an electrical plant.

I would not recommend this park for big rigs or big fifth wheel trailers. Directions to park are incorrect and when we called facility they could not give us accurate directions. After 2nd call to facility we finally arrived (freeways had changed but they had not corrected directions on billboards or on website). We were very specific with staff on the size of our rigs. We asked staff several times if they were sure we could fit. We could not make turns in park. Water park was packed and standing room only. We cancelled our reservations and got our money back.

We love this park. It has easy access for our big rig with tow vehicle. Facility is immaculate, most of staff is friendly (Sometimes strict). They have events each night at pool for kids & adults. General store is well stocked. Hours of office & pool are good.

Staff at park were friendly. We made reservations months in advance with another family and requested to be side by side. We were told at check in that we would not be next to each other because of full time residence and people staying a month or longer. We were disappointed in the park because of the high ratings in Woodalls & Trailer Life. Laundry room was hot and not air conditioned and found that in general park needs a little TLC. OK for lay over.
