This is a very well maintained RV park and great care is made to keep it that way. There are a lot of permanent sites but most of them are located in the outer perimeter in more wooded areas. Each site was very level with lots of room to spread out. When you check in you are taken via golf cart to your site and shown where to pull or back in. Lovely pool, very clean. Many planned activities on weekends and holidays. Be aware that you are only allowed 2 hours/day on the wifi. Once you signed on -- even if for only 20 minutes -- your time was gone for that 24 hrs. Would definitely camp here again.
The grounds are heavily wooded with sandy/dirt roads and sites which are very close together. Some of the turns are very tight for big rigs. There are no amenities, pools, entertainment, etc. Because we had issues with our hot water heater, we used the showers which were very, very clean, roomy and well set up.
This is a well planned family run campground. All sites are fairly level with a gravel surface. All the office people were very accommodating especially with our request to have some cousins stop by to visit with us. They have a very strict 5 mph rule which seems to be enforced just at the beginning of the campground where all the sites are seasonal/permanent campers. The speeder gets yelled at very loudly. This enforcement could be handled in a much nicer, more civilized manor.
