The campsites here are very level and there is a lot of space between units. The Hot Spring Tubs are always at an acceptable temperature and the grounds are very well kept.
Owner and her staff are very nice and helpful people. It was a joy to be able to stay at their resort. I will stay here again in the future because the tubs for the hot springs were almost always at a consistent temperature.
My wife and I spent 2 weeks at the Washburn Campground in this state park and we loved it. One of the best spaces to stay at in the park are: 235 , 236 , 237. Because of the view of San Simeon Bay. The Sunsets are amazing and it is so quiet here. We Paid $10.00 per night with our CA state park discount pass, but even at full price of $20.00 it is well worth it.
