New park with paved sites. Utility hook-ups all work. Nice park for a longer stay. Landscaping could use some TLC. The grass is knee high around the site and full of bugs. Rest rooms are very nice and clean. WiFi is strong and the cable is good. We were just here for an overnight stay so probably would not return as it is a long way off of the interstate.
Daily rate is averaged from monthly rate plus electric. We stayed there for 6 months. Quiet park in the country. Access road to the park is very rough. Proceed with caution. Interior roads are paved and in excellent shape. The park is well maintained and is very clean. This is an old MHP that has been converted to an RV park. Sites are gravel and mostly level. Many sites have concrete patios. This park is 95% long term monthly renters. It is not a destination park. There are about 10 sites for overnight campers.
Old KOA park in need of some TLC . A bit pricey for what you get. Sites are a mixture of gravel and paved. Utility hook-ups are placed poorly. WiFi and cable are both very good. We've stayed there many times over the years due to convenient location and will stay again.
The park is starting to show a bit of wear and tear. Not a bit of landscaping has been done since Katrina hit. Rest rooms have not been kept clean the last few times we've been there. The laundry room has been reduced to 2 washing machines and dryers and you can't count on them being operational. WiFi is spotty. The cable TV is good. Many of the water hook-ups are leaky and will be submerged when it rains. All sites are level concrete and easily accessed. All that being said, it's still one of the better parks in the area and we'll go back when we are visiting the Mississippi gulf coast.
