We have stayed here for 3 months. Not an overnight park, this is for extended stays of at least a week. Converted from an older mobile home park, you have a mix of folks, but very neat and well-kept grounds, and the older permanent mobile homes are also kept up. We feel secure, and the manager is always around. Only complaint is the Wi-Fi is very poor, you have to be in or very near the clubhouse. We are in the middle of the park, very level, concrete, grass and very nice landscaping.
Great park with big shade trees and plenty of room between sites. Staff very friendly, family owned and operated. Wi-fi was excellent, cable TV was also good. Snake River runs right by the park. We stayed two extra days, would definitely come again.
