Very nice people running the park. It was clean and neat but the spots are so small and narrow. We had to ask the neighbor to pull their awnings in just so we could get our slides out. This only left about 3 foot walking space between RVs. Very tight and hard to maneuver rig in and out of spots. The park was full and felt cramped. There is no room to sit outside your RV. We were parked right by the river but it is a steep embankment covered in weeds so there was no river access. The entrance and exit to the park is steep so you may drag bottom here. This might be a good park if you are in a small rig. We would never attempt it again in our big rig.
This park is just a gravel parking lot. Way overpriced. They only have a few 50 amp. The grassey area was tall weeds that needed to be mowed. The clubhouse was very outdated needs new furniture bad. Allthough there was only one other rv in the park when we were there they wouldn't allow a late checkout past 11:00. Basically a sleezy hotel and rv park combined. The pool looked like it hadn't been open in years. It has lots of potential but needs work. There is a run down trailer piled with junk and dilapidated old wood building on the campground that need to be hauled off. We will not stay here again.
Very tight turns and narrow roads. This is an older park and not designed for big rigs. Although they say pull-through sites, it is so tight we had to back out. There are cars, campers, and trailers hanging out into the street to make driving difficult. Electric was good, Wi-Fi was not so good. Many long time people here making it look more like a trailer park. A few feral dogs running free. We stayed one night and would not stay again. They charge extra for each kid, never understand this, our 2 didn't even get out of the rig. They have an old playground but I wouldn't consider it family friendly since they charge extra (kind of like a fine) if you have kids.
We are here in a 45ft coach with 4 slides. There is plenty of room in site 32 and its right by the water. The other sites are smaller, but not bad. Its a great park and I was pleasantly surprised after reading bad reviews online. The employees are friendly. The only complaint I have is that there is dog poop on the grassy areas, but that caused by disrespectful campers that don't pick up after their pets. It would be hard for the park to monitor and police all pet owners all the time.
Great experience. Level sites and fast Wi-Fi. Restrooms are clean. The pickleball courts are inside which can be nice when it's hot out. But, they are not air conditioned. There was plenty of room for our 45' RV and tow. Security guards on site and make rounds. Overall a great experience and great price.
This park was very dusty and dirty. There is no grass area for dogs only rocks and itchy weeds. The sites are unlevel. We had to move the picnic table to the front of our motorhome right by the road just to get it level enough to sit anything on it. Our area just outside the door was a steep incline and unusable. Our friends that camped with us had their neighbors sewer hookups just 3 feet from their door. They also had no usable space to sit outside and enjoy the views other than on the edge of the street. Anytime a car drives by you get dust blown. The pool and hot tub were closed for repair while we were here. It is close to the national park but that's about the only thing it has going for it. We were charged an extra $10/ night because we had 2 little boys with us. I would not call this a resort and don't feel it is worth the price in any way. We have stayed at much nicer places for way less. We will NOT ever waste our money at this park again.
