Good choice of a park for proximity to Eugene. Easy access off of I-5. The interior roads and sites are all paved. It is a bit narrow on some of the turns, but we did not have any problem in our 40' class A. We would suggest, however, to unhook your tow vehicle prior to entering the park. The front office staff was very helpful & friendly. Our price reflects a premium site, back-in, about 70' long, very private. Each site has a small wrought iron table & 2 chairs. One negative is that the interior road is a one-way circle around the entire park. Easy hook-ups.
Excellent park. We have not seen a better kept park in all our travels. There was perfectly manicured grass and hedges between sites. Also a picnic table and fire ring at each site. We had a marina facing view; the sites are all angled & well spaced, so even if someone is next to you there is still a feeling of privacy. For extras there is a walking path around the entire resort, a working lighthouse just up the street, and fabulous fish & chips at Unger's, a floating restaurant at the marina. Very relaxing; would definitely camp here again.
We had one of the ocean front spots. The view was spectacular. The sites were paved and level. The pictures from the website don't do it justice. Front office and clubhouse were spotless; laundry facilities were excellent. The only reason we did not rate this a 10 was due to the lack of cell phone service. However, they allow you to make phone calls from the clubhouse to anywhere in the U.S for free. The only negative here is the constant wind off the ocean. Wi-Fi was very fast.
Very nice park. Our average rate was based on a spring special. We camped here in a motorhome in a premium site up on the upper level. The lower level is a bit noisier due to proximity to Hwy 101. The grounds are immaculate with flowers at every site. Some back in sites are a bit shorter, so be sure to ask for an appropriate site for your length coach. We really enjoyed the evening get-together at the fire pit. Nice view of the ocean from there. The hot tub and restrooms were very clean. The managers are very friendly and will give recommendations to local restaurants and day trips. We would definitely would come back here.
This is the cleanest and most well manicured park we have stayed in. Concrete pads and nice grassy areas between sites. Roads are paved, good clubhouse and pool. Very nice staff for check-in; helpful with brochures and recommendations for dining and wine tasting. There is a walkway over to the Air and Space Museum (a must see) and the main downtown is about 3 miles away with cute shops and restaurants. Also, there are 2 RV repair centers close by.
We had a pull-through riverfront site (#2). Nice view over the marina and river. Would definitely get a river front site if it is available. Your coach will parallel the river. It is very private and quiet. High water pressure, so be sure to use a pressure regulator. We came here based on other reviews and were glad we did. Only 10 miles off of I-84, but a much nicer place to spend the night than the parks right off the freeway.
Great find of a park. About 10 miles off of I-84, but a very pretty drive & well worth it. Nice office staff and a well stocked store. Sites were level and there was a good amount of space between sites. Small amount of traffic noise during the day, but it dies down at night. Beautiful scenic area. Will definitely come here again.
