Conveniently located 35 miles from Canadian border, this park is very quiet and the managers are very friendly and helpful. At this time of the year there was no water at our site but plenty was available at main office. The only problem was with the cable however when we called and reported it, they were very quick to fix it. Our truck broke down and had to be towed which left us without transportation and the managers were very helpful and drove us to pick up our truck when it was repaired. I would come back again if in the area.

What a nice park and great park managers. Rate reflects discount for Canadians in Spring. Sites are nice, quiet; internet works well, and although we didn't see them, we were told that deer can often be seen in the campground. Would come back if ever in this area again.

This was a nice campground, due to bad weather we stayed for two days. Did find that the sites were tight, and we had to unhook as truck had to be parked behind trailer. The laundry facilities were clean. This park has a number of workers and families living there. Did find some of the kids to be disrespectful riding their bikes through our site, not really the fault of the campground. There was a nice walkway along the river with very large trees. It was early spring so can imagine in summer this must be quite pretty. Would consider visiting this campground again. Internet was super fast. Some staff were friendly, some others, not so much.

This park was great for our overnight stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The showers were very clean and although the park is right by the Interstate, we did not hear highway noise. We had a pull thru site on gravel which worked for us. Would consider returning in future.

This is by far our most favorite RVPark. This is a very well managed park, sites are very big and the rate $190 per month is about the best available in the area. This is a great place if you have desert toys, but if not, there are other activities such as shuffleboard, horseshoes, crafts, bingo, card games, music jams and just recently added a desert golf course. We have stayed there two years in a row and have just signed up for a third year. The clubhouse and laundry facilities are large and kept very clean and the washrooms, only two stales in each are also very well maintained. There is noise from the trains and from time to time there is an smell coming from stockyards in Roll. This is a new facility and each year are adding new activities and constantly making additions to activities. There is also an exercise room and library. This is a great inexpensive place to spend a few days or months.
