Facility was previously a mobile home park that has been renovated and updated. Lovely grounds, but backed up to a public path in a not so good part of greater Fort Lauderdale. No security on north side of the park at all. Very open, wide sites, nicely paved. Almost all are French Canadians here, and it is owned by French Canadians. Don't sign up for an annual lease until you have been here, because you can't get your money back.

Although not a lot of facilities, it is a very spacious park with marina access. Sites are large and well maintained. Tri-Rail and interstates are close to the facility. Just a half mile from Bass Pro Shop. Good drainage for Florida's downpours. Small, but very comfortable park for those who don't need a lot of entertainment on site.
