We stayed using our ROD membership. We had heard so many nice things about this park but were extremely disappointed upon our arrival. The site was very short and with narrow lanes it was difficult to back in. The split rail fences also made it difficult to make the tight turns. They do have a bowling alley but for two people to roll one game with shoe rental is $13. Wi-Fi is available for $29 a week. No AT&T cell or internet service. Laundry was very dirty. Many permanent sites, who let their dogs run loose. Can't see the need to ever return to this park.
What a dump: we were only able to get a site with electric, no water or sewer. The electric for several sites was not working. Only stayed here overnight and probably wouldn't have stayed if we hadn't already paid for it. Will never be back.
This is a fairly large park with level, well maintained sites. There are many permanent sites around the perimeter, some of which are getting trashy. The speed limit in the park is 10 MPH but the permanent residents don't pay any attention to that so you have to be careful when walking pets. The water pressure is very low. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed here in a fifth wheel under our Resorts Of Distinction membership and would definitely stay here again.
This is a nice, well kept park that is very family friendly. Nice grassy sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here using ROD so the rate is for the 50 amp service. We will definitely come back.
Second visit to this park and still find it to be a wonderful park. Level, concrete sites that are all pull-thrus. Shuttle service available from your site to the casino and restaurants. Park is so clean and well kept.
This is a wonderful and active park. The two pools and hot tub are in excellent condition and well cared for. This park is well cared for. This is our second visit to this park and will definitely return.
This is the closest RV Park to Washington. This is a big park with great facilities. The staff is very helpful. Bus service to the Metro Rails is available at the park. Will definitely stay at this park whenever we are in the area.
This is a very nice membership park. We stayed here using our ROD membership. The roads in the park need some work due to the recent rains. There are no sewer hookups but they do have a dump station and honey wagon service. Wi-Fi is now available in the Cedar Lodge. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
This is a very clean and well kept park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is easy access from the Interstate. Will definitely stay here again. From site 27, I was able to use the park's wifi from my trailer.
We stayed at this park two years ago and were very disappointed when we returned this year. Some sites are overgrown with weeds through the gravel sites. The road had numerous potholes. Trees have low hanging limbs that can scratch an RV, specially near the office where you check in. There were no activities during the week.
Small little park in conjunction with a 7 unit motel. Very clean. Owners are very friendly and helpful. It is a little tight for big rigs. We stayed here in a 38ft fifth wheel. The rate was for Passport America. Wi-fi is very weak and unreliable.
Stayed here in a 5th wheel, using Resorts of Distinction. This is a membership park on the shores of The Grand Lake O' The Cherokees. Very clean park however some sites were flooded due to recent rains. Will definitely be back to his park.
The park roads are in horrible shape, potholes and bumpy. We stayed here using our ROD membership and were charged a $5 a night service charge, which isn't advertised. The park is old and getting run down.
Nice little park for overnight stays. Sites are good sized. Park is 1.3 miles off I-65 between Mobile and Montgomery, AL. Stayed here using Passport America rate. Will stay here again when in the area.
Outstanding, clean well kept resort park. We stayed here using our ROD membership. Nice level sites. Roads are graded frequently to keep them smooth and level. The only real drawback is the noise from I-95 but that did not bother us. We will definitely come back to this park.
This is still a Thousand Trails Park, but is available for use by ROD and RPI members. Many of the asphalt sites are not level. Sites at the top of the hill are fairly level. We stay her a couple of times a year. We like the park, but it does need improvements and upgrades.
Nice easy in and easy out sites. The only real complaint is that we were quoted Passport America price of $12.48 when we made reservation but when we arrived we had to pay $16.24. Its not a lot but I don't appreciate parks not honoring their quotes.
Some sites are difficult to navigate due to all the trees. The sites are dusty and sandy. Some parts of the park are getting run down. Vehicles, including gas powered golf carts, have no regard for the speed limit. This also includes park employees. Since we used ROD, we will probably stay here again.
Nice clean park. Leveling was not an issue. Got free breakfast buffets for stying at the park. These are $6.99 each if not staying at park or hotel. Easy in and out and close to the Interstate. Will definitely stay here again.
Came to this park because it was a Passport America. Passport America book said the 50% off rate was good for a maximum of two nights. When we checked in we were charged the full price. Owners said that the Passport America rate only applies if you stay for two nights. Would not have stayed at this park except that it was listed with Passport America. Will not be staying here again.
This park was OK for an overnighter. It is an honor pay system. The road to the park is a gravel washboard. Laundromat consists of one washer and one dryer. You are to leave your money in an envelope after using the machines. People residing near the park speed through the park at all hours. Will not stay here again.
OK for an overnight stop. WiFi is available and free. Easy in and out. There is Interstate and truck stop noise. Good perk is a 5cent a gallon discount on gas when you show your park receipt. Would stay here again for an overnight stop.
Very nice park and very well kept. Sewer hookups are at the rear of the sites so extension hoses are needed. The park has kept the natural vegetation so sage plants surround all sites. WiFi is available all through the park. There was no cell service in the park. Would stay here again.
Park is on a working farm and looks like an abandoned junkyard. Laundromat has one washer and one dryer. Dryer takes two hours to dry a single load. Restrooms have not been cleaned. Getting in and out with a big rig is tight getting around trees and junk. PPA book said this is a 5 star resort, if this is true then Motel 6 is a Ritz Carlton. Charge $4.00 a day extra for electricity in addition to the $17 charge for a full hookup.
Nice park on the shore of the Columbia River. The park is in the river gorge so cell phone service is not available. Very clean park with nice grass at the sites, however they water the sites during the afternoon when people are sitting outside or cooking out. Watering should be done late at night or early morning. Stayed here in a 5th wheel. They also mow sites while people are outside, socializing on their sites.
Without a doubt, this is one of the nicest parks we have stayed at. The sites, all pull thrus are spacious and grassy. The park is easy in and easy out. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
Clean park with level paved sites, many are pull throughs. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The sites are easy in and easy out. Park is on the Klamath River and has boat docks available. We would definitely stay here again.
There are many electrical hookups taped off and not working. The B-2 restroom/shower were not cleaned the two days we were there. Nice pool facilities with separate family pool and adult pool. With a little work this would be an outstanding park.
This is a very busy and popular park with lost of activities. The sites are wide and level and very easy to navigate in and out of. The dairy farm has taken action to remove the odor. We will definitely return to this park.
Drinking water is very poor. This is not really a resort, just another Las Vegas RV Parking Lot. Sights are very tight. Limited number of 50 amp sites. Are charged $2 a day for 50 amp but $5 a day if you have to use 2 30 amps if a 50 amp is not available. This is not a place to visit in the summer.
We stayed here in a fifthwheel with our ROD membership. The sites are very close together and it is somewhat difficult to get into and out of the sites. This is an older park. The manager and staff are very friendly.
Only 25 sites have sewer hookups as park grounds are on rock. The park is very clean and well kept. The staff, especially the manager, are very friendly and helpful. The sites are back-in but are very long and level. The pool and hot tub were closed as they are being refinished. Wi-Fi is only available in the adult lodge.
