Passport America rate 19.00. Small older park. Pool is small, also lots of tent sites. Small sites in the area they put us also we was put in with perments no one around. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. For the rate of 19.00 in July its a great deal I guess.
This campgroung used to be a great place to stay but it seems the permanent residents have taken it over it has really gone downhill. You cannot use the hottub for all the kids running and jumping in and out back and forth from the pool to the hottub. It is posted no childen in the hot tub unless supervised by a adult but no one enforces the rules i think the parents just drop the kids off and turn them loose. You can not walk for all the golf carts running around kids driving them, bicycles and car traffic bad ,real small children driving around on them little elec cars its a mess.Loose gravel is really bad. There is just too many perments in the park and they have took it over and think that they own it and you shouldnt be there.
Rate on weekends 35 during the week 30. No Wi-Fi I sure hated that. The sites are nice and plenty big. The pool and hot tub at the casino are really nice very beautiful. Didn't win no money but sure had fun losing it, HA HA. It is a good place to stay for a couple days to go to the casinos. The food at Horseshoe Casino was great. Gave me 2 free buffet tickets for signing up for their card and husband 2 so we sure did have a lot to eat. I would stay again had lots of fun.
Beautiful campground staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms was really clean and nicely decorated. Only thing i didn't like was the hot tub and it was more of a personal type you would have at home for your personal use, not in a commercial campground. We just stayed one night so didn't really get to look around the campground good. I would stay again.
They honor Good Sam and other discounts if you ask. Staff was very nice and helpful. Have lots of long term residents that are very friendly. Pool and hot tub inside of buildings. The campground needs quite a bit of repairs. Just stayed 1 night overall it was OK, guess I would stay again.
Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Sites are really close together. Staff very friendly and helpful. No refunds or credits after hook ups. They are a Good Sam park and also Passport America but will not offer you the discount (THEIR POLICY) better tell them are you will not get the discounted price. WI-FI is 4.95 per night extra. No place to walk dogs have a very small place fenced for the dogs to go to. Nice location to stay to visit San Antonia River Walk and Alamo Etc. I would stay there again
Not sure of the price per night we where at a RV Rally Alfas. This park was great, has nice sites, beautiful pool, and hot tub covered. The only complaint was the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. Staff was friendly and very nice. Had a great time.
You do not wont to go here bad place to camp. Sites really small. Old really bad looking permanent travel trailers people are living in. Wires strung in trees running to them have to watch to keep from getting in them when backing into your site. Dogs running around loose (friendly) but dogie doo all over the place (bad) have to watch to keep from stepping in it. They advertise security on their site but there is none. No cable and no TV reception. They also advertise a store but i didn't see none. Its bad I will never go back even though they are Passport America and you can stay 1/2 price its not worth it. The cabins are real small and looked dirty from what I could see of them also I think the guy beside us (permanent) was drunk. It was really bad.
Sites real nice and level.Staff nice and friendly. Bath house and rest rooms located up hill across from office they where all pretty clean but a long walk from the campsites. Wifi signal great, pool all ready closed. Awful entrance coming from Sevierville, had to go pass the campground and make a u turn, when we left we needed to go to 1-40, so had to go right and make a u turn, no crossover, really bad. The campground is located to far away from any main attractions if you want to go to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the National park. It's a terrible drive, just to far and the traffic is terrible. If you want to go to the Smokey Mts and just relax and not do nothing it would be a nice place to stay. From what I saw, the store was stocked with a limited supply of merchandise. I can not recommend staying here if you want to go to Dollywood or any shows, etc, as the drive will get you.
Nice park, great location to visit all the major attractions in Pigeon Forge. Staff helpful and friendly. You check in at the Exxon station they have a great big store and restaurant. Two pools but no hot tub. We was in site 113 and it was unlevel but not enough that we couldn't live with it. Also had really poor WiFi signal in this site. Plenty of room to walk around, over all its a really nice campground. I gave it a 8 because of the unlevel site and poor WiFi signal. We would stay there again.
Very rude office staff, acted like it really annoyed them to check you in, or give you a refund. We spent one night there because they refused to give us a refund of $50.00, because we had made a reservation. But when we called we asked about the refund policy and was told if we didn't like the site with in a hour we would get a refund of our money. The site, 13, they put us on was very unlevel. Front step of MH was about 2 feet off the ground and still could not get it level. They moved us to site 10 that was right on the road to Dollywood. Site 12 is also very unlevel. The MH on that site, the front step was way up in the air. The hot tub was nice but closes at 7:30 so we didn't get to stay in long. We had booked for 4 days but the next morning at 10:30, we went in the office to get a refund for the balance of 3 days. Check out is 11:00, and they said we had to be off site before they could refund our money. We were ready to go so we had to back out of the site cause there was no way to turn the MH around from site 10. Then go back into the office to get our money. The Wifi service was very bad kept cutting off and very low signal. There are parks just as nice, if not nicer, a lot cheaper in the area. I will never go back to this campground, and the dog walk is a joke, if you have a large dog he will fill up the fenced in area they have for a dog walk.
Very disappointed in this park at the cost. I was looking for a really nice park but no way. The swimming pool area was beautiful. Hot tub inside and it was almost 100 outside so i didn't try it. There is a very nice walking trail around the park that we enjoyed . The staff was very friendly and helpful and it is a good location to tour DC. I guess if i would ever go to DC again i would stay here. The site we had was small, I had to park car to the side of the motorhome in one of the tent areas but we do have a 40 ft motorhome. Oh almost forgot, get your USA flag in; mine got stolen at this park.
Beautiful RV Resort. We went in under Good Neighbor Parks that is Coast To Coast so it cost us 13.00 plus a 3.00 campground fee. We were on the Mountain part of the park; very private large beautiful sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful they have 2 pools 1 heated and a great hot tub. I just cant say anything bad at all about this park if i go back to the area this is the campground I would stay in. Loved it!
