Agree with the previous review. Only problem we found with our rally was better drainage is needed along the roads. With the heavy rains this winter, there is a lot of mud getting into and out of your site. Clubhouse was great, and the people were excellent. Boat rides available on the Wekiva River right from the Marina on site. Also canoe and kayak rentals but couldn't take advantage. Will probably return in the future.
Very nice overnight park: good air card signal, pretty level paved sites. CG host came over when we got there to be sure all was good. Dump station is for gray water only, NOT black. Senior price for 60+ is $15/ night. Would definitely stay here again if traveling through on I-75.
Lots for kids to do: pool was well used and hayrides on the weekends. Sites were grass, and heavy rains had come through the day before, but all was solid enough for our DP. Good place to stay if you are going to be in the area. We needed a place to visit friends. Passport America park.
The park is split into upper (FHU) and lower (E) and is in good shape. The Lake is very high from the storms this spring, but it's a very well maintained facility. A little tight with all the trees, but doable with our 38-ft DP and tow dolly. I would definitely stay here again if in this area.
The very nice owners have been working hard to improve the campground. They've owned it for just under two years. We stayed for a month (hence the rate) and enjoyed our stay. We had a few minor issues with power that the owner was aware of. He has an electrician coming to increase overall park power and improve distribution. I plan to use this park annually.
An older park with many permanent residents, but everyone we met or spoke with was friendly. The owners are very nice people and very helpful. The pool was not available when we were there, due to a leak needing repair. There are many deer about 100-ft from our rig every evening at dusk. That was nice to see. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area. The location was great for our needs. It is only a few miles from I-90 & I-25 Junction
We were surprised (and upset) when we arrived at the park. Our reservation was for 3 nights at $22 per night, which was a bit high for a State Park to begin with (IMHO), but the real surprise was being charged an additional $6 per vehicle per night. That made our cost $34 per night because they charged that rate for our toad and our Motor home. We could have been in a Full hook-up park just about anywhere for the same money. The full hook up area of the park has zero shade trees.
