Topsail is the best! The sites are very private and beautifully landscaped, with concrete pads. This is a bike lover's dream. Lots of roads to ride on including down to the beach, but as was previously mentioned in another review, there is a slight incline coming back from the beach. Wi-Fi and cable worked well. The tram to the beach runs every 2 hours this time of year. The park also has cabins available for rent. Mark this as a keeper!

This is a nice overnight stop on your way south. Our pull-through site was a little short for our 42" towing motorhome, but the park was very quiet so it was not a problem. The shower/bathrooms were very clean and large. No cable TV. Sites faced the interstate, noise not an issue for us. We will definitely use this park as a stop when heading south.

This was our first stay at St. Rosa Sound. It's a beautiful park right on the St. Rosa Sound. We had site 24, which I believe is the best site there! The bathrooms and showers are clean and the laundry worked fine for us. We don't have an HD TV so we could not receive their HD cable. Wi-Fi was not usable at the far end of the park. Road noise was evident most of the time, but should be expected going in due to the location of the sites to the road. While we were there they implemented trash pickup at each site before 10 AM each day. The park was only about half full due to time of year. Not sure if we would stay again due to high price for amenities available.

We stayed at this park on our way through Alabama. It was good for an overnight stay. The restrooms and showers were very clean. The laundry was also very clean. There was a full size refrigerator and stove in the customer lounge. The campground is easy to get to from the Interstate and easy to maneuver through the campground roads with our 42' motorhome, towing. We could hear the traffic from the Interstate, but it was not bothersome. We had no problem using the Wi-Fi or cable TV. We were advised when checking in to turn off the amplifer for the antenna to use the cable. We will definitely stay here again.
