Park is very nice. 103 degrees in June in Texas takes a little out of anything done there. There's no shade so everything is directly in the sun. Management is very courteous and accommodating. It's the closest, well-rated park in the Dallas area. Easily accessible with a big rig. We will stay there again when visiting that area.
This is a wonderful campground. Management is very courteous and accommodating. Spaces have two-seat swings with canopies, table & chairs, charcoal grill and a fire pit. We will definitely stay there again. Big enough for rallies, too.
Great place to stay for a few days. Management is very accommodating and friendly. We were shown to our site by the owner with his suggestions on where to park to make the coach as level as possible. Campground is off the beaten path but close to shops and restaurants. Rained a lot but site drained well. Very quiet and peaceful. Play area for children is very nice. Landscaping at entrance very attractive. Very nice weekend at this campground.
We stayed at this campground the end of March 2009. Since we are new to camping, we thought everything was wonderful. However, when no one was in the office Saturday, our neighbor had to find the cause of 4 sites being without power. (Someone had thrown the switch for these 4 sites). The location of campground was good but spaces were very close together.
