The park was almost empty when we were here but I could see no reason. It was very nice and clean and neat. You could tell the owner or managers were very involved and interested in keeping a nice park. Sites were easy to navigate in and out. Next time we are in the area we will be back. Loved how quiet it was.
Nice clean park. No cable. Sites were level and easy to navigate. Trees were trimmed up high. Park is in the country right off I-55 so we did not have to deal with Memphis traffic with our fifth wheel. A quick windstorm came though and knocked down some limbs while we were at Beale St so we had no power when we returned but within a couple hours things were back to normal. Good for an overnight stay. We will be back. Mud Island was not open and we want to see that.
The park was packed for the CMA awards week so we could not get a cable site. Otherwise site was a nice back-in in a shady area that had more room than the main part of the campground with pull thru's that had cable. Nice office/store/registration/game room area. There were lots of tour buses and people coming and going. Everybody seemed to be having a good time. It was close to restaurants and Camping World. We will come back again.
Came in after they had closed. We had a reservation but there were no directions left to tell us were to go. Park was pretty empty so did not think finding a site would be difficult. Turned out we had to try a couple different sites before we found one that the trees were trimmed up high enough which was hard to do in the dark. The exit is very tight but manageable. The park feels run down and neglected. Pool looked like it had never been opened for the year. We will pass on this one next time.
This park was very tight to get in and out of with our 32 ft fifth wheel and I used to haul oversize loads over the road so I can put our little rig into anyplace. The park was convenient for us and close for a wedding we attended that covered several days. I would not come back here for just one or two nights. We had a 50 amp back in site that required the nose of our rig to be very high to get level. No table and very little space anyway if there had been one. It was convenient otherwise I cannot really think of any positives to talk about.
Quiet park with good Wi-Fi and lots of cable channels. It is very clean and neat. We didn't see any un-kept sites so don't know what a previous poster was referring to and cannot understand their "2" rating. Its not a "10" either. No paved roads or sites. They have nice doggy trails that our lab just loved. Sites were easy to navigate and even though there are lots of trees the front row had rigs with satellite dishes. Overall a good place to stay, we will stay there again.
