I gave this an 8 due to the noise from the ajoining casino and highway. But the campground itself is fine. Spots are close together but provide a nice grassy picnic area with table. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Casino has a very good restaurant with a buffet available. We stop here frequently on our way to Salt Lake to visit family. Not much for kids to do.
Dirty, dusty with lots of stickers and burrs for your pets' coat. If you like parking your Rv in a big field, this is your place. Two pluses: there is quite a bit for the kiddies and good river access. I have no kids so I won't be back.
This is a membership campground or you can use it if you are a ROD member. After the free visit, we bought our membership and have not regretted it. The staff is friendly, the sites are large and relatively private and there is excellent river access. Free use of kayaks is a plus for the river rats. Facilities are in top notch condition. Owner cooks a free breakfast every Saturday morning. My only complaint is the planned activity center has yet to be built and it has been years! Don't know why, could be county permits. Highly recommended campground.
